About Us
Kell Processing is a third-party contract mortgage processing company that has worked with brokers all over Texas to close loans. Starting as a real estate agent in 1999 and moving to processing in 2003, I have had over two decades in the mortgage and real estate industry. I stay current on continuing education required to maintain licenses with both NMLS and TREC. This means that I can understand the transaction from all sides. Working with many loan officers, brokers and lenders over the years gives the experience that allows me to help loan officers on scenarios and to avoid potential pitfalls when structuring applications.
